Word is a very powerful word processing program which can produce written documents of any kind. This includes the ability to create letters, newsletters,posters and memos.

The user has the option of using one of the many Templates or creating a document from the beginning. It is of course often much easier to use a Template which has already a pre-set layout, and the user can simply enter the text. This is a much quicker and often easier way to create a new document.

Microsoft Office is one of the pre installed programs when you buy a new computer.
