Terms & Conditions of www.getbettergooglerankings.com

1. This agreement relates to an advertisement on www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com. This is an agreement for the sales of marketing services.
2. The agreement comes into force upon the payment or an official purchase order being received from the client.
3. This is a legally binding agreement and is not subject to cancellation except by the conditions stated below. The date upon which the advertisement is “broadcasted “ “goes live” on the internet will be the first day of advertising and the advert will run for 12 months from that date. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com will contact the client upon the “broadcasting” of the advert by email.
4. The client agrees, unless otherwise stated, that they will provide any content requested, for use within the clients page, within 48 hours from the start of the contract. (If no suitable content is or can be provide then a small charge may be incurred)
5. The client agrees with www.getbettergooglerankings.com that the client has all legal right, title, interest and proprietary rights for the content to be used by the client on www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com
6. The client agrees to indemnify and hold www.getbettergooglerankings.com harmless from all costs and expenses in connection with any claim by an individual or Company with respect to any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark, service mark or misinterpretation or any other proprietary rights as a result of content used on www.getbettergooglerankings.com or on any site associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com
7. www.getbettergooglerankings.com reserves the right to withhold, refuse or withdraw any advertisement, for any reason that is deemed to affect, in negative terms the business of either the client or www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com
8. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www. Getbettergooglerankings.com reserves the right to change any content supplied by the client, but may only change the content for web marketing purposes.
9. To ensure no misunderstandings between www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com and the client, the client is allowed 6 changes to the advert within any paid period. Once the design has been agreed then if any redesign is requested this is not included.
10. If the client fails to make any payment or instalment in relation the initial advertising period, when due, here within fourteen days of the date upon which a payment or instalment was due, then the entire balance under this agreement shall then automatically be due and payable, plus all costs of collection.
11. No notice to www.getbettergooglerankings.com or to any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com or the client shall be binding unless sent by recorded delivery post to the registered office of the Company or the address of the client as stated in the invoice from www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com to the client.
12. If the client fails to meet the terms and conditions of this contract and is omitted from www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com, any monies paid to www.getbettergooglerankings.com or to any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com are non refundable and no way prejudices the company’s rights.
13. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com its successors, assignees and associates are irrevocably authorised as agents for the client to complete either or both credit or debit card payment with the name and account details of the clients bank and to present that order for payment to the clients bank, via a gateway, Paypal or other, or through other means in addition to complete all payments.
14. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com may only use this secure payment of monies that are already due or that may come due under this agreement.
15. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com agree in compliance to the law to dispose of securely, all relevant, personal, private or useable evidence of such details, however the client agrees that  www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com can not be held responsible for any dispatching of these details as long as  www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com can prove all necessary security steps were taken.
16. The client agrees with www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com that this agreement may be transferred in the event of returned cheques, due to non payment, www.getbettergooglerankings.com or  any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com reserves the right to charge a £35 administration charge.
17. www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com reserves the right to use the advert on www.getbettergooglerankings.com or on any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com
18. Google adverts: if for any reason the clients advertisement does not or ceases to appear on Google results for the agreed search phrase as per the invoice for no less than 330 days per year then the client shall be entitled to a full refund excluding a £75 administration charge and is only liable for the pro rata portion of the amounts due under this agreement taking into consideration of the extent www. getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com has honoured the agreement and shall be the clients sole remedy.
19. This agreement maybe cancelled if notice of cancellation is served within 7 days of the agreement date stated, all monies taken by www getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www.getbettergooglerankings.com will be refunded less a £75 administration charge.
20. This agreement contains the entire agreement between the client and www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www getbettergooglerankings.com.
21. Any special terms or conditions which the client believes were incorporated into this agreement, during any conversation with a member of www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com team or employees or salespersons must be notified to  www.getbettergooglerankings.com or with any sites associated with www getbettergooglerankings.com in writing, by recorded delivery, within 14 days of this agreement, failing to do this will deem the matter withdrawn and it is agreed that the client will have no remedy for any untrue statement made to him upon which he relied in entering this agreement unless such terms are written within this agreement with  www.getbettergooglerankings.com or any sites associated with www. getbettergooglerankings.com
