There are many people who can make websites, even make very good looking sites. A great number of Web Designers also have the skill and the technical know how to integrate a number of advanced technical features into websites, making them look even more dazzling. But is that enough?

Does that make the website a good website ? Absolutely NOT

Does that turn the website into a commercial success? Certainly NOT

Does that alone entitle the website to a top Ranking with Google or Yahoo ? Definitely NOT 

Fact is, that Web Design has to incorporate and use certain elements, rules and regulations which are a pre requisite for the web site's ability to achieve high rankings with search engines. What needs to be stressed,  is that these important elements of Web Design must be incorporated at the Design Stage. Once the site is finished it is too late and the damage is done.

Too often the thought of how the site is going to be found on the Internet  does not even form part of the discussion and this issue is often only addressed once the site is finished.

Many owners of  websites who are asking, how the site is going to be found on the World Wide Web receive no answers and not much help. They are left to their own devices.

They now own a very nice web design, but the hard truth is, not much else,  most certainly they do not own a website which will work for their business, attracting new customers and generate additional income.
